2 central panels has been created in the front page and 2 widgets more in the right side panel of the ‘about us’ area with the Announcements and the tweets from @mygobletorg account.
Announcements are sorted first by their importance (high or normal), and later by their date (new ones at the top of the list).

Included calendar view of the Goblet events. It can be accessed through a submenu inside the Goblet Events menu in the ‘About us’:

It shows the events of the present month, but there are also views by day and year. The last one can be more useful than the monthly view, and it can be set as the default view in the calendar:
