The 7th Annual Global Bioinformatics Education Summit (GBES2025) was held in Mexico City from May 19–23, 2025, and welcomed a notably strong presence of Spanish-speaking participants.

Javier De Las Rivas, GOBLET’s treasurer and long-time board member, delivered an engaging presentation outlining GOBLET’s mission, activities, and recent community achievements, underscoring our shared commitment to advancing bioinformatics education worldwide.
