Biography
Zarrin Basharat is a 360 degree researcher. She applies statistical and computational methods, in combination with wet lab techniques, to obtain new insights and propose solutions to health and environmental related problems. Areas of special interest include genomic and proteomic analysis of microorganisms. She has worked in collaboration with several national and international scientists. In addition to research work, she is currently running ℬioinℱorge βωβ (bioinformatics without borders) project to flourish knowledge sharing and bridging gaps in bioinformatics.
