Patricia Palagi

I'm a biologist and computer scientist by training. My research interests were on neural networks, proteomics, and bioinformatics for mass spectrometry analysis. Today, I lead the <a href="http://www.isb-sib.ch/training">SIB</a> Training group. I teach bioinformatics for proteomics and programming languages, and I organise a variety of bioinformatics training, workshops and events for a wide audience. I have been teaching and organising training and education in bioinformatics since 1999, almost as long as I have been in the SIB.
